How do I know if my order was submitted successfully ?

You will receive a confirmation email containing the order number and details of your purchase


How to get an invoice for my order ?

You will automatically receive an invoice via the order confirmation email. You can also find it in the “My Account” area then “Orders”

If, however, you have not received or seen it, contact us at contact@dinorageclothing.com we will be happy to send it to you


How long will it take for me to receive my order ?

All orders are shipped the same day or the next day at the latest

Your order will arrive between 3 and 5 business days after the shipping date, depending on the availability of our carrier

We apologize if a shipping delay may occur due to the service of our carrier


How can I modify or cancel my order ?

An order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

After the order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make changes and cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel it, contact us via our email address contact@dinorageclothing.com we will respond to you as quickly as possible

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number

I received my tracking number, but it is still not active

Order processing times and your shipment can sometimes take a little longer than expected

What should I do if there is a payment error when purchasing my order ?

If you try to pay with a credit card as a payment method but receive an error. Please go back and reorder. Your orders placed without payment will be canceled within 24 hours.

Please check with your bank to ensure your card is available and not blocked.
